Welcome. I am founder and chef of Fats & Franks Kitchen established in 2015 in memory of my Father and Grandfather respectfully. Both imaginative and wonderful cooks, I remember as a child watching and learning from my Father the beauty of authentic African and Caribbean fusion cooking.
I love to unite people through food. When food is prepared and presented with love, it brings joy, contentment and an experience to remember and talk about. Through the years, my simple home ‘cook up’s’ became regular events. Friends and family alike would specifically request that I host dinner parties because they loved the experience from start to finish.
All meals are prepared using the best in fresh local produce – this way, I continue to support local businesses like mine. There is no added salt in my meals or processed ingredients…It’s the Fats& Franks way – Made good, Tastes good, Feel good.
As well as catering for functions I also offer a variety of other food services. I am also part of the WeFiFo Foodie Movement, which allows me to turn my home into a pop up restaurant. If you are interested in any of my services please contact me.
